Sweet potato ... the healthy carb?
My carbs of choice are pasta, potato, bread and rice. But after reading a few running and food blogs, and delving into my recipe book collection I've been convinced to expand my repertoire!
Sweet potatoes are packed full of nutrients. They are a great source of beta carotene, figure as well as other essential vitamins and minerals.I'll be experimenting with some new dishes over the next few weeks.
