My Favourite "Super Food" ... Red Wine!
It's Friday ... the end of another busy week.
So I'm indulging in another of my favourite "super foods" a glass of red wine!
There's much debate as to whether red wine is actually good for you.
Studies have shown that drinking one or two units a day offers some protection against heart disease for men aged over 40 and post-menopausal women.
Red wines also have high levels of polyphenols and antioxidants.
