Having a good diet is so important for your health and general well being

If you're looking to lose weight, tone up, improve your fitness; or if want to smash your half or marathon PB time, or succeed in a triathlon, it's critical that you get your nutrition right.

Even if you're training hard, unless your diet is right you'll struggle to lose weight, tone up and smash your PB records.  If you're not eating enough you might not be able to train for as long and with as much intensity as you want to.  Unless you're eating the right foods you'll take longer to recover, your immunity could be impaired which will could leave you more vulnerable to injury and illness.  And if you're training hard, most days of the week, you could find yourself forever hungry ... leading to rungry midnight cheese and biscuits fridge raids and putting on weight!
